NGAGE Sintered brake pads are a type of high-performance brake pads made through a sintering process. This involves fusing metallic powders and other materials under high heat upto 1300 Degree Celsius and pressure to form a dense, durable compound. These pads are commonly used in applications requiring superior braking performance under extreme conditions, such as motorcycle racing , off road & street, and ideal for more than 600CC Segment.

Friction Materials :

Metal Powders:

• Copper: Excellent heat dissipation, durability, and thermal stability.

• Steel/Iron: Provides structural strength and wear resistance.

• Brass: Adds thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Friction Modifiers:

• Graphite: Reduces wear and provides lubrication at high temperatures.

• Carbon Fibers: Enhances strength and reduces weight.

• Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2): Acts as a solid lubricant to reduce friction under high-pressure conditions.
